Lesson 1: Practicing Text-to-Image Generation
Students practiced writing natural language prompts to generate images using the Adobe Firefly model and analyzing the results. They evaluated the generated images and revised their prompts to achieve outcomes closer to their intent.
Lesson 2: Planning a Very Short Story
Students selected a very short story, like an Aesop's fable or similar, and re-wrote the text to optimally visualize the elements of the narrative. They revised their prompts and re-generated images to refine their communication. Students applied a foundational knowledge of cinematography to enhance the quality and clarity of their storytelling.
Lesson 3: Generating a Very Short Story with AI
Students utilized the results of lesson 2 to create a short film with audio. Students sequenced their images and applied a foundational knowledge of film editing to construct a story from still images. Students evaluated their films based on peer feedback and revised their work to improve their communication.
